Lin Liu, P.Eng, MBA, PMP
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Lin holds an EMBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC). A licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Currently serves as the Chief System Assurance Engineer for TÜV Rheinland North America and manages multiple large-scale infrastructure projects across the region. Previously led major bidding initiatives and served as project lead after contract award, overseeing full-cycle project execution and client delivery. Prior experience includes business development roles at BYD and CRRC North America, focusing on market expansion and key account management across the Americas. Brings extensive experience in international business development, cross-cultural collaboration, and public–private partnership (PPP) execution. Skilled in driving technology commercialization, multi-stakeholder coordination, and systematic leadership across diverse industry environments.
Yong Liu, MSEE, MBA
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Yong holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Combines a strong engineering foundation with deep expertise in system integration, supported by a global perspective and strategic business insight. Recognized by multiple professional engineering institutions and honored as a Fellow Member for contributions to technological innovation. With extensive experience in intelligent devices and automation systems, he specializes in full-cycle product development—from early-stage prototyping to large-scale commercialization. He has played key technical and leadership roles in numerous multinational projects, ensuring seamless alignment between product capabilities, technical execution, and market needs.
Yue Zhang, PhD
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Yue graduated from the College of Environmental Sciences at Peking University and later earned a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Harvard University. Currently a professor at Texas A&M University while simultaneously managing several technology consulting firms. He has published nearly 60 research papers across environmental science, environmental engineering, instrumentation, and artificial intelligence, including articles in top-tier journals such as Nature Geoscience, Nature Communications, and Environmental Science & Engineering. With a strong scientific background and extensive experience in technology commercialization, he brings deep expertise in bridging academic innovation with real-world industry applications.
